Healthy Tuna Salad with skyr

  • 70 g Ísey skyr natural
  • 180 g tuna in water
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp honey Dijon mustard
  • ½ red onion (finely chopped)
  • ½ red bell pepper (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

  1. Chop the eggs and add them to a bowl with all other ingredients, mix to combine.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Eat right out of the bowl with a spoon or enjoy with your favorite cracker or vegetables.
