Healthy Tuna Salad with skyr
- 70 g Ísey skyr natural
- 180 g tuna in water
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp honey Dijon mustard
- ½ red onion (finely chopped)
- ½ red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chop the eggs and add them to a bowl with all other ingredients, mix to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Eat right out of the bowl with a spoon or enjoy with your favorite cracker or vegetables.
